Smart Standard starts from AED 7,645 estimated and European Premium starts from AED 10,439 estimated. Final price depends on width, height, finish, motor, wiring, and site condition.
Yes. We can install on an existing opening, and we can install the door on a pergola or roof structure after checking fixing points, headroom, side clearance, and support.
Yes. The quoted AED package includes the motor, installation, VAT, old door removal, sensors, remotes, and standard wiring unless a special site condition is clearly written before approval.
We handle electrical and wiring work. If wall cutting, structural changes, masonry, plaster, or civil finishing is needed, the client should arrange that before installation.
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain can usually be served the same day, subject to route and parts availability. Other UAE cities are usually within 24 hours.
If you rent, confirm owner approval before measurement or installation.
Yes. We remove and dispose of the old door for free when it is part of the approved garage door installation scope.
Physical damage and flooding are excluded from warranty. Remote damage, misuse, impact damage, water damage, and external site damage are not covered.
Most prepared villa openings can be installed in one working day after measurement, production or stock confirmation, and site readiness.
Normal production or stock timeline is usually 2 to 3 weeks after measurement and approval. If the project is urgent, we check available stock, team route, and site readiness to support faster installation where possible.
Send one photo from inside the garage and one from outside directly on WhatsApp. For repair, send a short video showing the door movement, motor sound, remote response, sensor light, or stuck position.
Yes. Every installed garage door includes 2 years of free maintenance support without extra charge, based on the written handover and normal service conditions.

Yes. The installation includes safety sensors and a sensitive safety edge where required, with motor force calibration for safer daily use.
Smart Standard includes a 1-year warranty on the full system including the motor, plus 3 years on the colour. European Premium includes a 3-year warranty on the full system including the motor, plus 5 years on the colour.
Yes. Emergency repair is available from this page 7 days a week for stuck doors, motor faults, remote issues, spring or cable problems, sensor failures, and replacement requests across the UAE.
