How much does a gate barrier system cost in Dubai?
BAB ALSARAY installs a 4.0 m boom barrier from AED 4,500 and a 6.0 m boom barrier from AED 5,500, plus 5% VAT. The package covers the barrier motor, boom arm, two remotes, push button, safety sensors, installation, wiring, and testing. Loop detectors, card readers, and number-plate systems are quoted after a site review.
What is the difference between a boom barrier and a parking barrier?
They are the same system - a motorised arm that lifts to let one vehicle through at a time. "Boom barrier" describes the arm, while "parking barrier" and "gate barrier" describe where it is used. BAB ALSARAY supplies and installs all of them across the UAE.
How long does barrier installation take?
Standard installation is within 72 hours of confirmation once the site is ready. Urgent 24-hour installation is available for an extra AED 250. Entries that need a foundation, trenching, or access-control integration are scheduled after a site survey.
