Everything customers ask before ordering.

Do I need a site visit before getting a price?

No. The configurator gives you the exact table price from your size and colour. The site visit only confirms the final measurement before fabrication.

How does payment work?

Option 1 is 100% in advance with the 8% discount already included in the table price. Option 2 is 80% on order and 20% only after the installation is completed.

How long until my door is installed?

The standard schedule is 2-3 weeks from payment confirmation, up to 4 weeks in busy months. Urgent installation within 5 days is available for +5%.

How long is my quotation valid?

Every quotation is valid for 10 days from the day we send it.

What warranty do I get?

Smart Standard: 1 year on the full system including the motor plus 3 years on the colour. European Premium: 3 years on the full system including the motor plus 5 years on the colour - with panel, hardware, and motor certificates handed over.

Can I order more than one door?

Yes - two or more separate doors get an extra 5% discount on the door total.
