Service terms
These terms govern your use of the BAB ALSARAY website, customer app, and services provided by BAB ALSARAY AUTOMATIC GATES & BARRIERS TRADING LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By requesting a quote, booking a visit, placing an order, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are prepared from the information you provide and are confirmed after a site measurement. A quoted figure before measurement is an estimate; the final price is the one on your written quotation or tax invoice. Site survey visits are free unless stated otherwise at booking.
Made-to-measure doors, gates, shutters and barriers are manufactured for your opening. Orders are scheduled once the agreed advance payment is received. Because products are custom-built, an order cannot be cancelled free of charge once fabrication has started; we will always tell you the status before any charge.
Payments are collected in AED against a written quotation or tax invoice — online through the app or payment links, by transfer, or on site. Online card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details. VAT is applied as required by UAE law and shown on the invoice.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the site at the scheduled time, and to tell us about anything that affects safe work — power, structural issues, or access restrictions. If a confirmed appointment cannot go ahead because access was not possible, a revisit may need to be rescheduled.
Installed work is covered by the warranty stated on your invoice or maintenance contract. Warranty covers defects in the supplied equipment and our workmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, third-party modifications, power problems, or normal wear items unless your contract says otherwise. Annual maintenance contracts are described in their own plan terms shown before purchase.
The app lets you book services, request quotes, place orders, track jobs, manage your doors and pay invoices. Keep your phone number current — it is how we identify your account. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive. Data handled by the app is described in our privacy policy at alsaray.ae/privacy-policy, and account deletion is available at alsaray.ae/account/delete.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms as our services change. The version on this page applies from its last-updated date; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
