What Emirates Hills asks for
Emirates Hills is managed by Emaar.
The door
- Door: automated standard folding rectangular panels or flush, no windows.
- Colours: White RAL 9016, Off-White RAL 1013 or Beige RAL 1015.
Delivery and work
- The NOC must name the garage door installation; an Alteration NOC without it is refused, even for delivery.
- The NOC is not the work permit: both are needed, with every worker's name on the same permit.
- Since Oct 2026 delivery and installation each need the permit.
How long the NOC took
- The NOC came in 1 to 12 days, usually about a week; Emaar may comment on the door type or colour first.
